I think you may have hit the nail on the head regarding the "eat as much as you like - no weighing" ethos.

Having said that, out of interest, I did do a calculation of calories of a couple of days and neither exceeded 1500. I don't think I want to go below that amount as I would hate my body to start gaining if it got used to lower. Hope that makes sense.

I do the odd red day, but I am not a great meat eater so find it does not suit me so much as the green plan. I can't do extra easy as it is too complicated if you don't have a lunch hour for example to munch through a large salad etc.
