I had an awful week - Family stresses Monday, had to have our pet Corwin put to sleep on Thursday. Then went a bit too mad at at a leaving party on Friday and had some chips to soak up some booze.

I gained 1lb. I'm actually over the moon that it was just 1lb! I've had a crappy weekend as well due to health problems with another pet - but line drawn underneath it all from now (Sunday Evening) and I'm moving on.
