Hi,
I joined a SW group on Monday, so still learning the ropes.
I cooked a SYN free Chinese style recipe out of the May/June SW mag last night and this contained oyster sauce as an ingredient with no specifics as to which to use. So I bought a bottle from Sainsbury's which has a thick consistancy like ketchup.
Now I've been flicking through the love food food optimising SW book from the pack, and it has a * by where it's listed and info a the bottom of the page:
* dressing style oyster sauce or with the same consistancy as soy sauce is free. Thicker oyster sauce has syns.
My Q is, does anybody know where I can buy "thin" (free SYN) oyster sauce?
