Brief history: I lost 31lbs Jul-Dec 2012 getting down to roughly 9st I then regained 22lbs during the course of 2013. Restarted jan 2014 weighing 10st 6lbs and have lost 7lbs so far so its coming off at just over a lb a wk which I'm happy with
B - 3 x weetabix with milk.
L - Half can tomato soup, 1 x warburton thin & a muller yogurt.
D - vesta beef risotto.
Snacks - 2 x clementines. Kellogg's nutrigrain raisin bake.
9st 13 for 5wks now, so bored of seeing STS on the scales week after week!! On the plus side squat challenge is going well and i can already feel my butt & legs getting tighter so all is not lost.
Hang in there! I'm sure it will shift eventually! Not sure how many calories you're aiming to eat each day but maybe your body has gotten used to the low cals? Sometimes having a bit more can help get out of a plateau. Are you taking measurements as well?
