Finally got round to taking a picture of my dinner!!

I wish I'd taken a picture but I had a really yummy lunch today - my fast day. It was a prawn salad - 144 calories in total. I had prawns (60cals), cottage cheese(46 cals), cherry tomatoes (20 cals), beetroot (12 cals) and lettuce (6 cals).

For dinner I'm going to have a Quorn chicken style fillet with some roasted cherry tomatoes and peppers and some mushrooms :)
 
Quorn bolognaise and courgette spaghetti. Everything weighed and logged with MFP... 295 calories per portion...

 
Ooh, that courgette spaghetti looks lovely. Never tried it before.
