Today I've had a busy busy one, but been sooo hungry! Possibly because I've been exercising alot (about 3 hrs of it!) and possibly because I'm just a heffer in general :D

Today so far/planned:

B: Porridge = 5ppts
Grapes = 0ppts

L: Veg Soup = 0pts
3 slices of Nimble (spread out over the day) = 4ppts
Bacon (to go in soup) = 2ppts

D: Cajun Combo (chicken, chorizo and prawns with rice) = 8ppts

S: Cookies = 2ppts
WW Slice = 2ppts
Crackerbread = 1ppt
Ham = 1ppt

So far thats 25ppts out of 36ppts, meaning I have 11ppts left over - I'll probably have a yoghurt and some fruit later on, or maybe a bowl of cereal.

Earned 11 Activity points today and still have 44 weekly left.

That cajun combo made me drool a little... I like the idea of that!
Never would have thought to have sweet potato with pasta, does it work? Was there a sauce or owt?? I'm intrigued!!
 
The sweet potato kind of is the sauce - you boil them up, mash them with low fat soft cheese and tomato puree and then add them to the pasta - I put vegetables with it too (broccoli and courgette) and topped it with some WW cheese which was reduced in Asda (1ppt for 20g, which is quite a lot!) It was so nice!

The cajun combo was nice too, I'll definitely be making that again!

Thanks Claire, I need to stop beating myself up about it!

Yesterday I was so ruddy tired I fell asleep before having my dinner, so totally skipped it - I ended up having 12ppts for the entire day! Whoops!

Hey lovely people - not been around for a couple of days as I was staying at my Mum's and enjoying my birthday by eating food, haha.

Back on track today, scales show a small gain but hoping I can get that off to STS for Wednesday.

A porridge sandwich would be rather sloppy, hehe. Sometimes I just put the points wherever they are in the tracker, so I probably had it for dinner or something :p

Had a bit of a bad day yesterday because I didn't eat enough - I didn't eat my lunch until 4pm and after that I wasn't hungry!

I wasn't hungry yesterday either :( I am feeling kind of down at the moment which may explain it.

I'm aiming to eat all my points today and use some of my weeklys, mainly on wine, but I need to flush out my system, I've not "been" for nearly a week :(

I tried to flush out my system with the usual fool proof way of drinking a bottle of wine, but it didn't work :( Not happy at all and very concerned now.
