quorn products specifically on extra easy please

Hi Guys

I'm new and this forum seems great for ideas and support. I've found some very long and helpful lists here on quorn product values. My question is, sometimes people have listed quorn products as 'free' but haven't specified if that's extra easy. Can anyone tell me specifically which are free on extra easy? That's what I'm doing until i get into the swing of SW.

Quorn syns are the same on all plans x

thanks. but some lists specify different for green and red? none mention extra easy...

For Extra Easy you take the lowest syn value of the other two plans, so if something was 3 on Green and 9 on Red then you would count it as 3

Possibly means you're also looking at old syn values before EE was 'invented' so syn values may have changed.

I wouldnt rely on lists as they very quickly go out of date as well. Always best to check yourself if you are able or ask on here for particular products xx
