Hi guys, I had a red day today and for dinner had chicken with potato wedges. So in the book it says you can 230g of potato with skin and when I weighed my potato it came up to 371 so I decided to have everything with the intention of syning the extra 141g. I made the wedges with frylight by the way. Anyway what is confusing me is in the book you have section for baked potato; flesh and skin weighed cooked 100g 7 syns, and then you have the section for potato; all varieties flesh and skin, raw 100g 2.5 syns. So my question here is which do I go with? Do I syn the potato after I have cooked it or before? Thank you.
