UNLEASHING THE BEAST!
Following on from the Lush thread and a proposed thread idea in there, what are your rewards?
When I was on WW, After a good WI result and if I had been good, I would treat myself to a takeaway. Pointed of course.
However on CD this is not possible and I've came to realise that rewarding myself with food is not the way to go. Have even stopped offering babysat children a sweetie for being good as I don't want to foster the same attitude in them that led to me being overweight.
So on CD I have drawn myself up the following rewards.
Daily/as I go:
Nice coffee for the espresso machine. Its one of the few things that I can have allowable.
I'm going to get a special nice Cambridge mug. If I'm going to be drinking shakes for the next 12 weeks, its going to be from something nice
Scour Ebay and charity shops for interim clothing. Max spend of £10 a week. This may not sound a lot, but I recently bought 2 tops and 1 pair of trousers and a bra from ebay for £11 recently. That a week will be enough to keep me going easily!
Weight rewards:
When I get to 13 stone - Pedicure
When I get to 12.5 stone - Night out on the town! (I'm a student so don't actually get out that much!)
When I get to 12 stone - Massage - 1 hour long
When I get to 11.5 stone - Spa day
When I get to 11 stone - New pair of knee high boots. Ones that cost more than £10 from Primark!
When I get to 10 stone 7lbs -
I'll be at goal so I'll have whatever I flippin' well want! SPA WEEKEND is most definitely looking likely here though, or a weekend in Amsterdam with a friend. Maybe the husband. Not decided yet. I want it to be something big though!
Oh and sexy new Jammies. I love my PJ's so this may seem a bit twee to some but seriously its important! A new Wardrobe too!
And I might get a small tattoo to commemorate the new me.
