Riso Gallo Risotto Pronto ??

Hi All

I'm struggling to find Syn values for Riso Gallo Risotto Pronto Funghi (in the pouch - not the dried variety) and the Summer Veg (dried). They don't appear to be on Syns Online.

Has anybody had these and found out the Syn values ?
