Hello all, Im doing a beef dinner today and i want gravy. I hate runny gravy, i like it quite thick. How can i make it thicker without jepordising my syn budget too much. Ta very mooooch
I usually whisk in a little cornflour to thicken it up nicely, 1 syn for a tsp, 3.5 syns for a tablespoon, but then you wouldn't eat the entire thing of gravy so you wouldn't use all 3.5 syns
