I'm feeling unbelievably frustrated about my gain this week, so I thought I'd start a food/exercise diary to help get me back in check - hopefully I won't nibble if I have to admit to it
I'm off to Chiquitos later for a friend's 18th (not the best time to strictly CC again ) so I'm not going to eat much today so that any overindulgence later won't take me too far over my calorie limit.
So far I've eaten a banana (70 cals) and a mini twister (45 cals).
I'm going to try and exercise for two hours this morning, just to make sure that today won't ruin the rest of the week for me (like my birthday did last week )
