Due to my rubbish weekend I just can'tt get motivated this week! I'm giving in at any offer of chocolate. Weigh in Friday then back on it 100%!

I'm not having a very good week again! I'm finding it so difficult to stick to plan with all the festivities going on. So......I've decided to take a break until the 27th, I'm going to try & calorie count until Xmas eve so hopefully won't gain too much.

Hope everyone had a great Xmas! I had a lovely one although ate & drank far too much! I gained 4lb in the 10 days off plan. :-( I now weigh more than when I started. I'm back on plan today & hope that it comes off quickly.

DAY 1 RED

B - milk (1a) grapes

L - 2 x toast & spread & 2 poached eggs (1b & 2)
2 muller cherry (2?)

D - bake to perfection salmon in chilli sauce (2?) jacket potato 227g, green beans, carrots & swede

S - banana, 2 glasses red wine (12)
