Hello diary..
I'm afraid YET AGAIN i have been a bad CD'er!
Basically i was told to come off plan and eat healthily whilst i was antibiotics (for me that was an excuse to save some money and eat) I basically proved to myself that I cant eat healthily and that when i'm not on a strict diet i just go crazy! I wasn't as bad as i have been in the past but by no means was i 'eating healthily'. My antibiotics finished yesterday and seeing as I've got food and drinking planned from Friday until Sunday I've decided to carry on as i am until the weekend (being much better than the weekend but still eating low calorie meals) in order to save some shakes.
So i had my WI this morning and i STS this week so i was really happy (very lucky too)
So my aim this week is to stay at this weight up until Friday, eat and drink and be merry ALL weekend (haha) and then back on it starting from Monday 100% serious business!! And then fingers crossed if it all pans out like it is in my head then ill have another STS next week rather than a gain! That wont be bad if i have 2 weeks STS seeing as its 2 weeks with no shakes at all! (the last shake i had was last Wednesday)
I wont list what i'm eating and things these few days now because i'm not really keeping an account of it...
I may write on here again before Monday but if not then i WILL be back on Monday with vengeance!!
