I started again yesterday had my first weigh in and I hate to say am back almost to where I was 2 years ago:(
Only got myself to blame so it is really time to keep focused and no straying off plan!

Have started at a new group which I think I really needed.

I am on it & focused, this is going to be my first & last re-start!!

It will be difficult though as my desk at my new office is right next to the biscuits/chocolates....

I am using it to test my will power & I've told everyone that I'm on SW so I have many eyes watching me!!

I'm glad your back at group & don't get to down heartened as I'm sure you'll lose the weight again!!

I put on 2st 8lb from the GSR2013 to 6th January....I felt like crying!!

How is it going?

Your food diaries look really good I am writing down everything that I am eating at the moment, makes me think twice before reaching for the snacks.
My worst part of the day is the evening, want to keep snacking!! have got plenty of fruit in the house now.

Hope all is going well with new job and you have managed to resist the biscuits/chocolates!

The Chips that I count as 4 Syn's are about 12 or just under a 1/4 of a portion of chip shop Chips....a full portion being 17.5 Syn's.

Lost 5lbs so am pleased.

The chow mien you have do you have the recipe or is it one ready made? I really like chow mien and 7.5 syns is good.

Looking after sister in laws dog so am having to go out for plenty of walks!!

My Chow Mein comes from a Chip Shop, it's the Syn Value that's on the App....

Where we get ours from it has a strong flavour but not very saucy which is good as that's where the Syn's are as the rest are noodles, Bean Sprouts & Chicken....
