Hello all!
My name is Kylie and I'm a food-aholic! Did exante about 4 years ago and found this site so helpful at keeping me motivated so I'm back again! Didn't do a diary last time and only managed about 6 weeks so I'm hoping this time if I keep a diary going it will keep me motivated to succeed! Last time round I only had a few stone to lose... This time is a different story lol! Weight this morning and was 15.4 :-( wasn't a huge surprise but I can't believe that I've done this once before and let it all (plus a whole lot more!) creep back on!! This time round the things I will b doing differently to keep me on track short and long term are 1) keep a diary 2) acknowledge that this is a long term diet - it'll be at least Christmas before I'm at goal realistically (holidays, weddings etc meaning I won't be able to be 100% ts during those times) 3) plan for an exit strategy lol! I'm going to get down to about 10.5 using ts then hopefully lose another stone by going onto maybe something like 5:2 or slimming world... And will monitor my weight every week and make adjustments where necessary - I'm a classic oh well I've had a bad meal / day / week / month so it doesn't really matter lol! Then a year later I'm like "where did all this weight come from!!"
So today, day one, how exciting! I have a headache and I'm hungry... Which is clearly all psychological as I usually don't eat until 1pm anyway and tend to have a bowl of cereal!! I'd forgotten just how nasty the bars are... Just had a double chocolate bar for lunch, am about a litre of water down, then will have a shake when I get in from work and a hot meal at dinner time with dh. So pleased there are more options now from exante - and hot meals too - I'm really hoping I like those more than the bars!
Anyway, end of rambling for me now, looking forward to catching up on everyone else's diaries to keep me motivated ?
