A brief overview:
Healthy Extra A - New slot so you can have 2 x Healthy Extra A per day
Healthy Extra A - Whole milk allowance from 175ml to 200ml.
Healthy Extra A - Rice and Almond milk allowance from 500ml to 400ml.
Healthy Extra A - Reduced-fat/light soft cheese and soft goat’s cheese Removed
Healthy Extra A - Sweetened dairy-free milk Removed
Healthy Extra B - No Changes
SP Days - 1 hexA + 2 hexB changed to 2 hexA + 1 hexB
SP Days - 15 syns down to 10 syns
P Free Foods - Baked Beans, Broad Beans, Mung Beans and all forms of Peas except Split Peas will have their P removed but still remain free.
