Hi I'm new here, this time last year id just finished dieting on Cambridge. I started out 14 stone 5, finishing on 11 stone 10 as I wanted to tone up and lose the rest in a healthier way than cutting out all my food!
I then found out I was pregnant lol! Which evidently made me put weight on, I recently have birth 8 weeks ago to a beautiful baby girl. So now it's time to get the rest of the weight off.. For good! I started slimming world 2 weeks ago and so far so food. I feel I'm eating more than before but the weight seems to come off?
First weigh in I lost 5lb
The second weigh in I lost 1.5lb (making me 1/2 a lb off my half a stone! Annoying much?)
Anyway what did everyone else find with slimming world? Xx
