Hi! Thanks to a fellow Twitterer(will add her name when I find her!), I've hopefully found a support group! I joined SW 3 weeks ago. Was extremely good for the first week and lost 5lb. Totally ecstatic but the following weekend was Easter. I don't eat chocolate, but we had lots of family time which lead to Prossecco then nibbles. My following weigh in was tears and tantrums. I put on 3lb!! Well I'm back with the willpower and yesterday weighed in and found I lost 1.5lb. But disappointed but the weekend brings wine. That's my complete downfall. My dilemma is...should I change my weigh in day to Saturday morning just before wine fest, leaving me a week to stabilise or carry on weighing in on Mondays? I gave up the cigarettes on the day I started SW, so don't want to give up my wine just yet!!
