Small steps - mini targets

I hope that went well for you, lostinnarnia!

My mini-mini goal is to lose another 3-4kg and dip below 120kg! After that it's going to be a push to my 10% loss milestone, I'm hoping to be there before my birthday (17th June) so fingers crossed I can keep going and get there. :)
 
I want to get down to 15st 5lb (the lowest I’ve ever been on SW) before I leave for Glastonbury Festival 2015, last weigh-in will be Wed 17 June 2015.


So 8lb to lose in 6 weeks.


I’m trying to keep my daily syn’s to about 5, and I’m also swimming everyday.


After that I want to kick on towards my final target!
 
My mini-target this week will be to have no chocolate!! Not a weight target but a really important one for me :)
 
My mini target is to get below 15 st. 7 pounds to go as at 29 December. Weigh in tomorrow and expect a gain over new year.
 
My mini target for this week is to get back on my basic plan ie eat under 1750 cals and burn over 2100 cals a day. :greenapple:
 
Well my eating has been fine 1315 yesterday but I only burned 2003. Tempted to wiggle my arm up and down to fool my fitbit but that would be naughty wouldn't it:rolleyes:
 
My mini target is to lose 6lbs before my weigh in on Monday. Only joined SW on Monday. So losing 6lbs will bring my weight to a certain stone which then I can chip at.

This weeks walking target 15km
Saturday:3.5km so 11.5km to go
Monday: another 4km done so 7.5km to go
Wednesday: 3km done so 4.5km left
Thursday: 4.5km done
So 15km target reached

This weeks swimming target 80 lengths
Saturday:swam 20 lengths so 60 to go.
Monday:Another 24 done so 36 to go
Tuesday: 28 down so 8 left

This weeks weight loss target 0.5kg
Weight loss 1.2kg so target reached

Sunday: 5.5km, so 5km left
Monday: 3.5km, so 1.5km left
Tuesday: 4.5km, so target achieved +3 :p
Wednesday: 3km, target achieved + 6
Thursday:0
Walking achieved 21 km

Saturday: 40, 40 left to go
Sunday: 0
Monday: 42 lengths, so target achieved +2 :)
Tuesday: 20 lengths, so target achieved + 22

Swimming achieved 142 lengths

Wow, you have lost so much weight already...how long has that taken you.
 
Mini goals Friday 15th April to Friday 23rd April

No goals this week as physio has banned me from walking
Doctor has banned me from swimming
And now I have a surprise weekend away with full room service....in hospital.
