Been at a festival yesterday and back there again today. Been trying to make food as "clean" as poss by taking my own snacks with me. Also has a chicken shawarma kebab which was huge big chunks of chicken breast with lots of fresh salad, yum.

Drank about 5 pints of cider yesterdy which is supposed to be slightly better than beer (as no grains). But it's left me feeling a by bloated today so probably won't have as much today! Also scales are out of battery so I have no gage as to whether I am actually losing weight following this plan.

Morning! Back to work after a lovely long weekend. Proud of the choices I've made this weekend - I haven't been 100% but I have managed to enjoy myself without losing complete control!

Plan for today:

(B): banana, grapes

(L): creamy butternut squash soup, almonds

(D): chicken stuffed with goats cheese and wrapped in Parma ham with broccoli and asparagus

(S): few squares of 85% cocoa dark chocolate

How are you finding it Soph? Has this new way of eating helped with your tum? Food is sounding good and you sound super in control x
