Morning,
Wondered if anyone could help me I rushed out of the house late this morning without breakfast and ended up having to think quick on my feet about getting something on way in to work. Knew if I didn't have breakfast I would end up starving and doing something silly later in the day.
I typically do green days with a few EE or red days thrown in when required and typically use an HEX B for my breakfast.
So ended up getting a Perfect Porridge from Starbucks made up with skimmed milk. Anyone know the syn value of this? Could I use an Healthy Extra B for the oats and just syn the skimmed milk? Any help would be appreciated.
Just want to make sure I keep within my syns!
