Basically you have a five hour eating window and a daily 19 hour fast, I find it suits me bettr than alternate day which I find really hard. I plan to start my window at 4 pm, ill be grand till 1 but the last couple of hours I find really tough. I find this way of eating though gives me more energy, I tend to get very sleepy after eating carb (prob insulin resistant) so eating only in the evening feels a lot better and I tend to crave healthy food after fasting anyway.
