fry your lean steak in frylight and set aside keep meat juices too.Put 75ml of worchestershire sauce in pan and heat for 2mins until it bubbles, then add 100g of garlic & herb light philly and whisk this in, then add 1 tsp of lightly crushed peppercorns and 150ml of beef stock. Return the steak to pan and cook until sauce thickens up abit more. (philly 58g is an a choice on ee or else u would have to syn it) My OH is on plan so its between two of us but I think this would serve 3 people. Have with sw roast potatoes or chips and lots of veg. This is a nice sunday dinner. Hope you like it and once again we dont have to miss out, its another healthy alternative to an otherwise very fattening sauce normally.xx
