Hi Guys
Well I finished my 10 days of the attack phase, honeslty didnt think I was going to do it, especially on the 2nd day, bpy was that hard, but then I perked up again on the 4th day and didnt find it diificult after that.
I was stupid and never weighed myself before the start of the deukan diet, dih, but I think I have lost approx 9lbs which is great.
All my work colleagues are telling me I need to get new trousers as my ones are hanging off me now, oops *blushes*.
So I am now on my 7th day off the cruise phase. Weighed myself yesterday and will be now weighing myself every friday.
My menu for today: pp
B- Dukan Galette and n/f yoghurt.
L- tuna, boiled egg and gherkins with dukan mayo.
D- Probably steak and pepper sauce.
Really want to get down to my goal weight before June 2012 as me and my newlywed husband are going on our honeymoon to Africa, on a safari for 6 days then to the beach for 10, to excited.
I will keep everyone updated on how it goes.
