Steph's attempts at calorie counting

I can't believe I haven't written for so long..have been on calories *almost* completely. Haven't been well at all still so have been eating as and when, average calories for the week are about 900 max which will either go one way or the other. Will weigh Thursday!

Finding that I'm eating because I have to take a tablet or I'm in pain I'm so hungry rather than because I fancy something. Massive change in appetite..

Yesterday was my highest cal day in a while but after what I burnt walking for an hour ended up on 953. Had pitta bread w/ hummus then went to a buffet place similar to red hot world buffet, ate 775 cals there!

So ended up out for dinner, just went to harvester and I'm literally on my limit for today, don't know why but feeling really bad about it? I shouldn't be because I haven't gone over but I am!

Despite a very bad yesterday I've come in 1600 under weekly cals so hoping for a good loss, not got any scales until Thursday so will know then!

Weighed today for the first time in 2 weeks and im down almost 5.5lb, very happy to see that this morning cos I really didnt feel like I'd lost! And nice that I haven't struggled at all to stick to cals!

I thought the only good food ideas I had were freddos ha! I'm hoping my progress will be quick, been stuck in a rut before Cal counting but I'm loving it! Wow that's amazing, well done. I've not even set a target yet :| x
 
Forgotten to log 2 days..Thursday total was 1190 and yesterday was 1221. Have eaten more than I have in ages so my appetite is picking up!

Today is supposed to be weigh in but I came on yesterday and stupidly ate a mini gluten filled hot cross bun, so not weighing and going to see next week. I always retain water so badly when I'm on and just don't want to see 3lb on. The gluten means I'm massively bloated too..oops

Just ate dinner, had to spit my salmon out mid wa through because I was so convinced it was pig..strange! I have a funny mouth anyway but could've sworn it tastes how I remember bacon to taste. Realised its because the marinade they put it in was very oily..phew!
 
Ok I really need to get back into writing everyday, haven't been feeling great at all so logging on mfp has been a task most days. In the last 3 days I ended up with one day 111 cals over and 2 bang on. I'm eating one meal a day and then complete sh*te. I'm not worrying about drinks cals etc so been having fruit juice and sugar in tea which has pushed cals up.. To say its been Easter weekend and yesterday the house was FULL of gluten free/choc goodies I haven't done bad.

Sun 31st march.. 9 weeks until my birthday and I want 15lb off and I will be at target, which is very very exciting!

Total is on 988 so room for a cream egg with a cup of tea later. I am seriously starting healthy eating tomorrow, as in no more crap!
