Thanks! I'm impressed I've managed 3 days on plan - normally by now work stress has resulted in a major chocolate binge! :) I'm looking through loads of recipes tonight to try and get some new ideas. x Hope you're okay x

Dinner: Turkey Burger (100g turkey mince, 1 bacon medallion, parsley, spring onion, chillies) (4pp) 150g smoked paprika wedges (3pp) sandwich thin (3pp) 10PP

Snacks: squares (3pp) 3PP

May have a freddo! (3pp) Will update later!

Hi hun thats exacly what i am doin iv saw loads of recipes talkin of chocolate i have a ripple and malteser bar yumi and well done on ur 3 days u can do this x

Dinner: Mushroom Wellington: 50g filo pastry, 40g stilton, chillies, large flat mushroom, spinach) 8PP 100g 5% fat mccain oven chips (4pp) 12PP

Snacks: Squares 3PP

Easily could become addicted to dairylea dunkers and crumpets.....
 
Yeah, was really quick and easy. Just washed and dried a large flat mushroom, topped with 40g blue cheese, sliced red chilli (used too much so it was HOT! lol) a few spinach leaves and wrapped it in 50g filo pastry. Then baked 180 for about 25 mins xx

Dinner: Chilli Pasta Bake (125g 5% fat mince, onions, garlic, chillies, passata, 1 tbsp tom puree, 40g wholemeal pasta, 40g half fat cheese) 11PP

Weigh in tomorrow - the battery on my scales is flat, so no sneaky pre weigh in. Hoping I've done okay! I quite liked that when I tried to turn the scales on they just said low... low will do me :)

WW ready meal was vile, remember why I don't eat ready meals!

Lunch: kit kat (3pp) Ate in a rush and I had breakfast late so wasn't very hungry

Dinner: Mcdonalds.... Weigh in treat, not going to point!

Snack: sandwich thin (3pp) ham (1pp) lurpak (1pp) squares (3pp) 8PP

All within points for the week, as I hadn't used any of my 49 weekly.
