Hi, I have spent the last few months travelling SE Asia and now have a job in Thailand. Unfortunately, whilst travelling I over indulged a little too much and that combined with a lack of exercise has not been good for the waistline! So, here I am ready to start SW again. My only worry is trying to stick to it over here, as the local shops don't have some of the products from home, which means I can't make some of the meals I'd like.
I've decided to keep this online diary as a way of motivating myself and hopefully sticking to the plan properly. I've never attended a SW group, everything I've learned from reading forums, so if you notice anything wrong with my diary/syns please let me know. Mainly I will be doing the red days, as sadly the green days (carb heaven) don't work for me.
Day 1: 15/09/14
B: Weetabix and milk
L: salad (lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, onions, cucumber) and a bowl of chopped mixed fruit.
D: ham salad (as above)
D: lum yai, watermelon, grapes and a 0% yogurt.
-As the nutritional information is in Thai I'm not sure if the yogurt does/doesn't have syns; therefore I have decided to give it 5 syns.
Total syns: 5 Remaining: 10
Day 2: 16/09/14
B: Oats (HexB) 0% yogurt and frozen strawberries and bueberries.
L: Salad and tuna with olive oil and apple
D: Ham salad
D: Watermelon, grapes and apple. Oat muffin (HexB) and activia light and fit.
Exercise: Gym 40mins.
Total syns: 7 Remaining: 8
Day 3: 17/09/14
B: Oats (HexB) 0% yogurt and frozen strawberries, blueberries, watermelon and grapes. apple.
L: Chicken salad and lychees. 1 square of chocolate
D: Chicken and ham salad.
D: Weetabix cake and grapes.
Total syns: 12 Remaining: 3
How does this look? Am I overeating and does anything require syns?
Also does instant coffee granules take up syns?
