*Syn free on EE plan and using cheese and wrap as healthy extras.
So this evening I needed to use my hex a+b and wasn't sure on how to use them. So for dinner I made piri piri roasted vegetables and sweet potato and to go with it I made a cheesy garlic bread.
I used one of my BFree tortilla wraps (hexb)
20g of my hexa cheese (I used cheddar)
2 tsp of quark
Clove of garlic
I just chopped a clove of garlic in half and rubbed it on the wrap, next time I would maybe grate or finely chop the garlic and add it to the quark for a more distinct flavour.
I then added the quark on half of the wrap and the grated my cheese over it. I folded the wrap in half and baked in the oven for a few minutes and turned it over so both sides slightly crisped but still stayed soft.
It was really delicious and would go great with pasta dishes!
