I'm trying to find the syn value for muscle food chicken on a stick (spicy and Chinese variety). I've checked the app and they're not in there. I've asked my consultant who gave me a number to call but it's blocked by my phone provider.
Then I called sw head office who told em to ask my consultant! Getting a bit stuck can anyone help please?
