Mmmmmm just had anchovies and sun dried tomatoes as a snack. Only 5PP so I've taken my yogurt off and am 1PP over plan

Just had breakfast as I'm running this morning. First run in 2 weeks an I'm aiming 4-6 miles eeeeek!!! Seems so low compared to what I used to run back in feb! I must get my running back up and get lots of runs in throughout the summer. Then I'm prepared for winter! As well as my 13 weeks till holiday blitz diet wise, I'm adding I'm that I must include at least one run a week! New rule hahaha
