Dinner: I'm going to go for the lamb shank with mash and veg. (I guess around 8 syns) for butter and gravy
Sweets (3 syns)
Total 13.5 syns I'll have something else later on but will make it syn free x
 
I've gone over my syns today by about 3.5. Oh well! X

Had a weird, unprepared food day today. Need to get tues-fri totally on plan under my belt!
HEXB banana toastie
Muller Apple Banana
Quiche n salad

Then I bloody ate 2 slices cold pizza :( Noodles/veg and chicken in a stir fry sauce
Rice Krispie square. Writing today off!!!
 
Hi all!!! Been off here for a while and off plan. By some miracle I only gained a pound this week... God know how! So I'm 10st 1.
I've decided to go back to clean eating for a little shake up with food. In getting bored and need a change. I know how to eat clean and I'm back at the gym now so going to do that for a bit, see how I go. I do my best eating clean and as much as I love slimming world, I nee to take my focus away from syns for a bit. I'm going to log my food on here anyway. Still going to eat main meals like slimming world anyway.
So start weight: 10st 1!!! I don't want to lose loads of weight, I just want to feel good and right now... I definitely don't!
Breakfast: 5 oatcakes, banana and cashew nuts
X1 coffee
X1 green tea

Dinner I know is lamb Biriyani
(Diced lamb, red onion, mushrooms, chickpeas, spices, passata and brown rice all done in slow cooker)
Lunch: not sure yet.

I'm allowing myself one cheat MEAL a week (not day)

Snack: melon

Lunch: water
Slice of ham and 3 egg omelette
Greek yogurt, honey, seeds

Dinner: slow cooked lamb Biriyani with brown rice, all in the slow cooker as we speak :)
 
Was gonna ask how you done your biriyani.

Breakfast: whole organic peanut butter on 2 rye bread an a banana

I'm limiting myself to 2 coffee a day. Had one this morning with breakfast with almond milk.

Lunch???

Dinner at OH mums today, so that will be my cheat meal this week. X
