Targets for May??

i somehow doubt ill get 6.5 lbs at tuesdays WI but heres too at least getting a loss........... but ive had a Birthday Meal, Wedding and its * week * for me also :( so anyways hoping June target will get reached xxx

Losing me, even if you dont get the 6.5 loss you hoped to, a loss is still a step closer to our goals so look on the bright side :) (i wish i could take my own advice!)

losingme, sometimes it happens, it happened to me several times.
When I weigh myself in after a few hours, i see a different number, sometimes bigger sometimes smaller, or if i weigh myself the next day, somehow i will lose 2 or 3 more pounds.
Thats why alot of times i will lose a big number in one week, i think it is because the scale wasnt exactly accurate in the previous week, or maybe i have some food or water in my body that affects it.So do not worry!

By the way people, this would be the last week of may, it is time to SPRINT! It will be like the last time work out in the biggest loser, now it is time for us to sprint together and cross the finish line. I will be doing extra exercise this week, one hour of swimming every morning, and 1 to 2 hours of basketball or gym in the afternoon.

PS: Can anyone tell me how to do the weight lost ticker? or where i should be looking at? Thanks in advance and gd luck people! Can't wait to see how many pounds I've lost this month!

wow thats alot of exercise! this week (my weeks run thursday - thursday) Ive done sunday at the gym for about 45 minutes, today at the gym for about 55 minutes then will probably do some wii fit 2moro.

well thats mine done for May total of 3lbs but hey ho i'll crack on again for June hopefully no bank holiday bbqs , weddings and big birthday meals (my youngest will be one on 8th so a little jelly and custard but wont go overboard ...hehehe)

i've lost 6 pounds this month
still hv 2 days to go, will try to lose 1 more pound lol
7 pounds is not too bad
i am so so close from my ideal weight! It seems so close yet so far

Weighed in this morning and have lost 2lbs this week which is great news meaning I have done my 10lb taget. :) xx
