Tesco slim cook frozen meals

Anyone got any idea on Tesco slim cook frozen meals.
I bought the butternut dhansak and the risotto before I started SW but can’t find the syns for any in this range...I can’t believe the calculator estimate of 18.5 syns would be right as nothing unhealthy in the ingredients really...
