I think not eating enough on the plan. Previously, I used to eat a lot and lost faster. From now on will be eating more( of the right stuff of course)
B - bowl of ff fromange fraise mixed with a chopped banana & topped with 30gr ceral & nuts (HexB), black tea
L - leftover chicken/ beef & veg soup, walnut bread (HexB)
S - 4mini choc (8 syns), 2 shortbread 8 syns), blackberry & pepper tea, black tea
D - creamy chicken & leek with mange tout and potato
S - Apple, satsumes
Exercise - lots if gardening, 1 mile walk
Total syns = 16

D - chicken cooked with onion & olives (1 syn), piece of bread to mop up the juice ( HexB+5 syns), diet coke

B - roll (HexB +7 syns), ham, clementines, blackberry & pepper tea
L - Leek, potato & peas soup, black tea
S - strawberries, black tea, apple
D - chilli pie topped with cheese (HexA), peas, BNS chips ( 6 syns for olive oil)
S - strawberries with maple syrup (1.5 syns), blackberry & pepper tea
Exercise - 2 mile walk
Total syns = 14.5

L - Tesco healthy living sausage (1 syn) & butcher's choice beef sausage (2 syn), slice ham
S - 3 cups of blackberry & pepper tea, orange
D - sausage & chicken sandwich (2HexB, 2 sysn sausage, 1 syn for ketchup), large salad ( leaves, cue, tom, pepper), leçon juice, vinegrette (2 syns)
S - Melon, 3 cups black tea, Sf jelly (1 syn), strawberry hot choc (HexA, 1 syn for option)
Exercise - loads of housework

L - veg & chicken soup ( leek, onion, potato, carrot, bns), coriander, melon
S - orange, 3 cups caramalised apple tea, 4 pieces of fudge (8 syns)
D - Ham sandwich (HexB, 1/2 HexA), large salad ( leaves, tom, cue, pepper, vinegrette (3 syns))
S - 3 cups black tea, melon, low fat yog mixed with strawberry option (1 syn), topped with ceral & seeds (3 syns)
Exercise - none due to the storm

I found you!!!! I was looking in the general Weight Loss Diary where I am! I didn't think to go in SW Weight Loss Diary, I went in SW food diary and couldn't see you - phew, here you are and I have subbed and I will catch up on you on my train journey home

Phew I am all caught up. You have such perseverance Rosa I love your food diaries. I think what you said in one of your last posts about eating less doesn't always mean losing more is correct. I think our bodies go into panic mode when they are used to a certain diet and a of a sudden they are deprived and so they keep hold of whatever they can. That's my theory. You just go back to what you abs your body is used to. I think cutting down on bread helps, but you need more carbs, good carbs I mean like pasta and rice etc. It's all just portion control which I think you have do anyway. Come back to your diary Rosa, lets see what you've been up to in the kitchen!!

Ps. What is bhaji bread? I am intrigued!!!

It was a small loaf I picked up from one of the supermarkets - Only bought it to try it & not looked for it again.

Not to nitpick are you following the SW plan? Just wondering re orange juice and toast as no syns?

Please tell me to bugger off if you're not ;)
Welcome to my diary.I follow SW with tweaks from time to time - juice of one orange which is about 4 tbsp is not going to break the bank of syns. Toast I forgot to syn.
In the next few weeks I have been put on a diet that it is completely opposite to SW ( no whole meal, raw fruit & veg, pulses, etc) to overcome a tummy bug. So my diary will be very bland.
Hope you are doing well.

Start weight =196 Today's weight =183 Total loss = 13lbs ( 1 shirt of stone)

Still on Low Residue Diet which is totally against SW rules, hence no diary update.

L- Salmon salad ( lettuce, spinach, rocket, apple, carrot, cue, pepper, lemon zest, sweetcorn), vinegrette (2 syns), herbal tea
