~*I always end up back here*~
I thought id start writing a food diary so I can see more clearly what im doing right // wrong. Any help with me for this would be great, following extra easy.
Breakfast :
2 handfulls blue berries
1 banana chopped
muller light vanilla
Tea (hexa) 2 sweetners.
Lunch :
Large jacket potato
tuna mayo (1 tbls) - 5syns
fresh salad
1 hi fi light bar (part of hexb)
bottle pepsi max
does this seem okay so far?
Any criticism would be greatly appreciated
