Hi everyone. So I had a diary about a year ago but left the site as didnt have time. After losing 3 and a half stone on weight watchers between March 2012 and March 2013 I reached my weight watchers goal weight of 11 stone 10. And then I pretty much maintained my weight, despite wanting to lose another stone. I went on holiday last September and when I came back I weighed in at 12 stone and thats pretty much where I stayed until Christmas where I devided to take all of December off and weighed in last week at 12 stone 7....meaning I have 21lbs at least to lose this year to be where I want to be.
So I attend meetings on a Saturday. I haven't really dieted this week as have given up smoking instead so tomorrow is the true start again date plus being back at work will give me a routine. Im going to do simple start/healthy and filling and have planned next week down to snacks and treats. I will update with my weight tomorrow and start again. I have a fabulous support network with my family and gorgeous friends but missed the site so thought I would come back (plus my new phone now has a MiniMins app!)
