I think it's something about the fact we're now in march. ..A lot of people seem a bit meh today. ...I couldn't believe it was Monday already when my alarm went off this morning. ..The year is going way too fast!

Another brilliant day for me :)

Had a Green Day

Breakfast - Smoothie with a twist

Lunch - 1/2 SW Roasted Vegetables

Dinner - Jacket Potatoe with Baked beans, mushrooms and salad

Snacks - 4 x Alpen Light Bars (2 x HEB)
Tea with usual sugar (1)
Fruit Bread (5)

Total Syns = 6
 
I put on like 3-4lbs *week!

I totally over ate yesterday - Urgh! Need to be really good today and tomo before Friday weigh in
 
Had my weigh in too and I've lost 0.8lbs.

I do get very wary of weigh ins when it's TOTM as I'm always conscious it could be just fluid.

Next week will tell

Hiya everyone, Sorry that I've been AWOL. Life has been busy and just been falling asleep on the sofa at 8pm for the past few weeks lol

The latest news in the Pasty World..
1) I have kept my weight in reasonable check but I've flirted with several diets. This has actually been beneficial as its given me time to asses each diet lmao :))

Ive come to the conclusion....
- Counting calories this isn't for me
- 5:2 is great but every time I fast I get extremely cold and I just hate it.
- I can't be counting WW points
So I'm committing myself back to SW (feel like a broken record)

2) BIGGEST NEWS - I've started running :)) I'm so chuffed with myself. I've started doing the couch to 5k but sadly hubby has been away this week so I haven't had any opportunity to run :( I'm finding that it isn't as hard as I had expected. I got myself up to week 2 of C25k

I'm definitely going to need help lol

I'm going to try and get myself organised and I'm thinking of saving 5 syns a day for the weekend.

You should have a go at running. I am truly not a runner...i did a college course which included 1 hrs of physical exercise everyday and when it came to running I was the slowest and hated every minute!

But with running now it's different. Week 1 is warm up for 5 mins then 8 sets of 60 secs jogging/running and 90 secs of walking. With a 5 mins cool down. It's only 30 mins 3 days a week.....easy ;)
