the sun is out!

The sun is finally out in London and I have no excuses to skip exercise now!!

After years of being overweight (consistently 10kg over weight), I've made some super progress last summer. Lost 7-8 kg by walking and watching my diet. then came winter and allergies - it was all downhill from there :( Festive season, binge eating didnt help!

I put on 2-3 kg from there - but I am determined to kick it all for good this summer. I am visiting family abroad in August and my goal is to shock them (in a good way) !

I started my walking routine - managed to walk 1.9 miles yesterday and another 2 miles today. I want to do a consistent 3 miles a day for 4 days a week and do yoga/ab workout for 3 days.

I will log my progress here and in the next 3 months, I aim to lose 6kg. All with walking walking and walking !
