Being skint as ever, I'm trying to do SW from home on my own, but I'm just a bit stuck with the syn value for these, as I can't find any info anywhere... I'm a newbie here too, but all the posts looked so friendly, I thought someone may take pity and help
Asda veggie beetroot and goats cheese roasts - nutritional info is:
Beetroot (20%) , Goats Cheese (16%) (Goats Milk) , Carrots (11%) , Bulgar Wheat (8.4%) , Water , Courgettes , Spinach (5.5%) , Onions , Balsamic Vinegar , Potato Flakes , Rice Starch , Rapeseed Oil , Water , Honey , Salt , Black Pepper .
If anyone could help me out with the syns per 1/2 pack (one roast) I'll be made up!
