Thankyou for your encouragement, I have had another good day

  • 1 x Oatibix with milk, sugar and fresh fruit
  • medium bun with slice of cooked turkey and philadelphia and sliced tomatoe
  • Haddock in cheese sauce with suede and cabbage and broccoli from M & S
  • muller yog
  • unlimited coffee
I dont weigh anything as I know roughly what I can eat to lose, I will get stricter if I am not losing.
 
Still sticking to it, my legs have been hurting me today and it has been a struggle to keep going, on smaller portions.

  • Oatibix with milk, sugar and fresh fruit
  • wholemeal bread bun with tuna
  • M & S minced beef hotpot with broccoli, green beans and carrots, a couple of new pots and gravy
  • Diet coke
  • unlimited coffee
 
Friday 13th I am still on track, I have been trying to keep that busy that I forgot lunch

  • Oatibix, milk, sugar and fruit
  • M & S smoked haddock in cheese sauce
  • Muller Yog
  • lots of coffees ( I am an addict)
I will have to vary what I am eating or I will get bored.
 
Still on track and have tried to keep busy today
I missed breakfast as I left house early

  • 1/2 tin baked beans on 2 x toast spread with lurpack lighter
  • M & S chicken dinner meal for one with brocolli and extra gravy
  • Muller yog
  • unlimited coffee
  • diet coke

Wed 18th

Still sticking to it :)

Today has been really difficult and I have been feeling like I need to have a drink tonight, if i do i usually follow it with a binge, I must remember to eat my tea earlier so I dont feel deprived.
  • oatibix milk sugar and fruit
  • tuna in small baguette
  • M & S small cornish pasty with broccoli, new pots, mushy peas and carrots with gravy
  • muller light yog
 
  • Oatibix milk sugar, blackberries and 1/2 banana
  • 2 x slices toast with 1/2 tin tuna mixed with small amount of mayo
  • salmon fillet with green beans, brocolli and new pots
  • muller light yog
 
Sat 21st

  • mini oatibix with milk sugar and raspberries
  • 2 x slices of toast with 1/2 tin tuna on
  • M & S chichen meal for one with broccoli and new pots and gravy
  • muller light yog
  • diet coke
  • unlimited coffee

I am still sticking to it, but have been very tempted to fall off the wagon as far as the alcohol goes.

Wed 25th

  • 1 x Oatibix with milk sugar and fresh fruit

  • M & S Haddock in cheese sauce meal with broccoli and tablespoon of mushy peas

Frid 27th

  • 2 x oatibix milk and sugar
  • Ham and tomatoe sandwich
  • Ham and a boiled egg with green salad and new potatoes and dressing
  • Muller Yog
 
Mon 30th - weigh in - lost 2lb:)

I feel so much better as well
 
Mon 6th September weigh in I have lost 2lb :D its starting to get difficult as I am finding myself hoovering up any small morsels I can find and pretending I did not do that. Must keep strong and make sure I eat foods I like.

Thanks for your reply, my tips are

  • eat proper meals, rather than snacks throughout the day
  • bulk up something tasty with lots of low calorie vedgetables, fruit or salad
  • keep busy
  • dont drink alcohol ( this is the one i am going to struggle with)
  • I do not eat anything in between the meals and I dont bother with biscuits and sweets. I have low cal yog like muller or activia to finish off.
 
Having given all my tips I am going out tonight for the first time since starting this so I am sure I will be eating and drinking:eek:
 
Thanks Jellybaby, well i tried to pace myself with the wine two glasses then two diet cokes:D then two more glasses of wine:eek: I felt terrible as I have been off alcohol for a few weeks now. The good news is its put me off for a bit so back to the diet.
 
Weigh in this morning lost 1lb will now have to get a bit tougher after the weekend in order to get down below 11st
