I'm still in ketosis but mild (the 3rd pink line) I was on the 5th line two days ago! I've had my 4 packs of my CD stuff but still hungry! Also finding it very difficult to not pick when cooking meals for my daughter and husband I didn't give into temptation today but I'm worried I might one day!
Has anyone gone on the 810 and still lost loads of weight like the ss
I have never in my life used a ketosis stick!! If your not cheating your in ketosis!! They will only put you on a downer like today, and make you question yourself! You have been 100% so must be in ketosis!
I still have down days now and I'm nearly on my 8th week now!!
You will get bad days, angry days, and depressed days, but they honestly do pass! I was only saying this morning too my Mum that I really don't want food anymore! I don't ever feel hungry and I'm past the stage of wanting too eat - Just because foods there! I'm not hungry, so shouldn't want too eat. I think I've finally conquered my binging stage
As the days go by, you will honestly feel better! For each day your 100% write yourself a little note of how proud you are for doing so well! It might be seen as bragging by some people, but like I have said in my diary - why shouldn't we brag? I really find writing down how well I have done each day helps, so maybe give that a try?
The first couple of weeks, you will feel like picking because it's normal routine, you have to get yourself out of that routine and into a new one - Try having your shakes at the same time for everyday. That can also help you when it comes too maintaining your weight loss.
My Grandad died last Thursday, and obviously I was upset, and really felt like binging on pizza and wine, instead I decided to do the 810 plan for the weekend, and that honestly helped me. So if you are feeling real bad, maybe you could do 810 at the weekends? I ate on Saturday and Sunday and didn't put a lb on when I weighed myself Monday morning. I know that on average doing SS 100% you loose a stone a month, and I think doing 810 you loose 12lb a month. Maybe if you really are feeling hungry, instead of cheating and ruining all your hard work so far you could go up too the 810 plan. It's worth it if you do feel as though your gonna cheat. Plus it's only 2lb a month in difference too the SS results.
Maybe you could try and stick SS out for a week or so, just too see if te hunger pains ease off, which they should by then. I'm back SS'ing now for another 2 weeks, then I have too go onto the 810 plan for good as my BMI will be under 25 by then.
I will say that when I did eat at the weekend, I didn't have a feeling of satisfaction, the chicken Saturday and omelette on Sunday wasn't great, I couldn't wait too get back on my shakes and bars
