Cruise Day 13 PV
B: 1 giant galette, 1 thin steak, 1 dry fried egg
L: 1 mackerel fish
D: turkey thigh stir fry with cabbage, carrot, red pepper and courgette
S: SF jelly with a bit of light philly
W: over 4 ltrs
E: 30mins walk up and down hill
 
End of Week 3 weigh in = 89.0 only 0.3kg or 0.66lbs of a loss, not much of a loss seeing as I was good!
I'm giving up the wheat bran and also the light philly, they may or may not be the reason for not much of a loss.....

B: 3 x galettes, 1 slice ham, 2 eggs, and soft chivey cheese

D: Chicken Drumsticks
S: SF jelly with Dukan custard

Cruise Day 15 PV
B: Oat bran porridge, 2 fried eggs, 1 slice ham
L: steak and salad
D: steak and boiled veggies (cabbage, courgette, cauliflower)
S: HM dukan custard, 2 boiled eggs, HM vanilla custard yogurt
W: enough
E: 26mins circuit training, 30mins swimming
