I really think drinking water has been one of the the biggest differences for me - something I can pinpoint and say that it really helps me. It's so easy to ignore but as the poster above mentioned, I feel the weeks I drank more water consciously, the better the loss that week. Now I drink between 2-3ltrs per day and it's not forced. I wake up feeling thirsty, craving water and different times during the day so it is easier to drink the required amount.
