This is my first time doing Cambridge, After having a baby 6 years ago and another 11 months ago its time to say goodbye to this 6 years worth of 'baby weight'.
Im currently at 12st 3lbs.
Ideally i want to get down to 10st 4lbs.
So Day 1 i didnt struggle at all. 3 shakes and about 1.5 litres of water.
Day 2 again no big struggle. 3 shakes and 2 litres of water.
Day 3 felt hungry. 3 shakes and 4 liters of water.
Day 4 today feel so tired and weak also got my mother in law coming over tonight to buy the boys a Chinese (this is where my will power will be tested, its my favorite food)
Feel free to comment anybody, i just mainly need something to focus on when the kids and other half are eating so this what ive dicided to do.
