Well guys. Just started SW a couple of weeks ago so this is my second weigh in today. All is going well. Gonna keep this thread goin each week to help me get a bit of motivational help off ya's. I'll post up my loss each week.

Try not to loose faith, you did have a big loss in week 2 and at some point your losses will even out. Think of the bigger picture 10 lb in 3 weeks is amazing!! 4 lbs off a stone!!!!

Ok... 1.5lbs is 680g so... Get your kitchen scales out. Zero it with a pan on and weigh out 680g of water. Pick up the pan and feel what it weighs!!!!

You'll be surprised, don't be hard of yourself! Xxx
 
Hi everybody :) started slimming world for the 2nd time last week, 1st time around i lost 16lbs but hoping to lose around a stone and a half so here goes!

monday is weigh in day but im a little bit scared tbh, started off well but have been letting it slip these past 2 days... :sigh: have tried to pull it back today and will do the same tomorrow so fingers crossed it all might be okay in the end.

Good luck and don't worry it takes time to get into a good pattern :) group is always helpful with lots of handy hints
 
Another good week this week. 5.5lbs. I seem to have a good week then a not so good week. Gonna try have a good one next week too.

On a positive note tho, at least I'm still having a small loss on the bad weeks. Really cannot complain with this diet

oh and i got my stone and a half award, another slimmer of the week (4th) and slimmer of the month
 
You are doing really really well that is a fantastic weight loss so far!

Are you exercising as well?
 
That makes sense. At this point though I get out of breath from even climbing the stairs. I'm trying to walk at least 15-20 mins every day though which will help.

I spent an hour cleaning yesterday and was pretty vigourous so built up a sweat which is just what I need!
 
Ok so I was away last weekend for a wedding-beer, champagne, cocktails, vodka, full breakfast, 2 x 4 course meals, McDonald's, Hillbillys fried chicken and a kebab. No food optimising and very little fruit.

So I made the speed soup on Sunday and got back to plan and stayed the same so I'm happen with that. That was the goal I set at class the last week I was there. I had found it difficult to stick to plan the previous couple of weeks before and felt that I had gone a bit flat and needed a break. I feel great now and am focused again.

I made the speed soup yesterday again and I'm hopin it makes a massive difference this week. Lookin at the weekend I had last week and getting back on plan I'm hoping at least 3lb this week to get my 2stone award. I would definitely recommend it and am looking forward to finding out how it does on a full week on plan. I'll be making it each week if it does. I'm hoping I can lose another half stone in the next 3weeks before I go away for a weekend.

i hope by writing this it'll help others. I am on the start of my journey and this thread is a record for myself but if I can inspire people like other threads have inspired me, then I'm very happy to help.
