Hey, right i thought it would be a good idea to start off a list of meals every has after weigh in.
Im finding it really hard to whip something up as its 7.30 before i get home and tend to eat at like 9pm and thats no good.
Is this the day of the week that you cheat slightly?? as you have 6 days to get back on track? My weigh in day is a Wednesday. Please help!!!
