Whats on your menu today?

B - Usual breakfast which I never ever miss - some kind of cereal either bran flakes or porridge with fruit and yogurt.
L - Home made soup with a slice of toast - sugar free jelly with fruit and yogurt. Cadbury's Highlights drink
S - Aerobics at 6 so will have some more soup about 5
D - Aubergine, Courgette and Onion with tomatoes (Ratatouille) with 2 chickpea burgers - check cals to see what is left
 
2nd April

Breakfast - Porridge- fruit - yogurt

Lunch - Celery and Sweet Potato soup - sourdough bread

Dinner - Egg Curry - Spicy Butternut Squash - Rice or might have some salad instead.

Fruit and yogurt or Ryvita with Philly Cheese for my 100 cal treat and 2 Cadbury's Highlight drinks 80 cals - total 1200 cals
 
I've not written on here for a while, not because i don't want to but because i've been awful and i didn't want to tempt anyone :rolleyes: I love reading it though :)
 
SATURDAY

BREAKFAST - cereal, yogurt and fruit
LUNCH - 1/2 can tomatoes - boiled egg - veggie burger - paprika mushrooms and sourdough bread
DINNER - Chickpea and Butternut Squash Tagine with some veggies
2 Cadbury's Highlight drinks.
Just under 1200 cals
