I must admit to being bores dtupid in the gym on the machines and weights, and only really enjoy the classes. Step aerobics is my favourite class, but I also do aqua aerobics, Zumba, body conditioning, and sometimes spinning, (tbh I don't really enjoy that, prefer cycling outside when it's warm but it burns up mega amounts of calories) Body Attack and Body Pump.
