Nah iv never followed it officially. Wen I first started cal counting after CD I didnt really eat carbs... like ever!! But the thought of eating fats scares me a bit. Even though u have to dont think I would? ! X

Lol thats my thought too!!! thinking about it thought but i agree it just doesnt sit well with me eating loads of fat! I love cheese and eggs and stuff so would really suit me though!

Anyway weighed myself this morning and im 10st 9........as long as scales are right but gonna weigh myself at boots tomorrow morning and do that every week as my scales are winding me up lol!!!!
Yeah thats fab I havent weighed since last week so will do on Monday. Altho I dont really feel any difference... struggling today. But off to work soon so will keep me busy

Well I gotta say I didn't enjoy the pizza. Had 3 slices plus 1/2 garlic bread. So theres still 3/4 of a pizza left gona put it in the boys lunchboxes tomorrow to get rid. Stupid weak willpower!!!!

Yeah, best thing is to look forward & not give up. Must say, I admire anyone who even attempts a vlcd - I find fasting 2-3 times a week bad enough, and even then I get 500kcal of proper food!
I know. .... I really wish I had it in me though. Id lose the weight in about a month. As opposed to calorie counting its gonna take me about 4-5 months I reckon. Weight today 11st 8lbs. I did spin last night plus 45min of upper body weights. Tonight im gonna tackle that HIIT again & spin. Dreading it already!!!! How r we all x

God I'm.shattered. Did.cardio combat yesterday morning, spin last night and spin this morning. Got step and weights tomorrow. Couldn't stop eating last week but I'm back to it now. Weight stable at 9st 8 so I'm Ok with that. Wish I could get rid of my stomach though

Good job on the 3lbs. Im a little fed up as the scales rnt moving for me this week. But no reason y they shudnt b... im eating pretty well. Ah well. Getting myself up now for gym time.
